The Hurt Building

A celebrated Downtown Atlanta landmark, the Hurt Building houses 450,000 square feet of office space on 18 levels. Built in 1913 and certified LEED Platinum, this asset is situated at the crossroads of the state’s political heart, the city’s touristic center, and the campus of Georgia State University. Gamma is currently undertaking an extensive renovation project focused on returning the building’s common areas to their former glory while adding a variety of modern amenities that tenants have come to expect in an asset of its stature.
